One of my very favourite children's author - Oliver Jeffers
After watching the video, you'll see why I love this author.
First off, he writes and illustrates beautiful picture books.
Secondly, he writes wonderful stories with boys as the main character.
Thirdly, he's quirky and funny which boys and girls really love.

Band-aids
We started our Band-Aid Investigation last week. We're having a great time learning to measure and problem solve. Here are some quick shots to show you what we've been up to. Sorry it's been over 3 months.
They built their own measuring tool based on criteria and then we've used the tools to measure how tall we are in Band-Aids.
From here they needed to do a tremendous amount of problem solving.
